Warner Music has initiated a search for Zerza’s permanent successor. The transition represents the second time Dickler has stepped in to serve as acting CFO during his 21-year career with the music business. He also previously held numerous roles during an 11-year stint at Procter & Gamble, including as CFO, Latin America and CFO, Europe baby care. On Monday, the music company also reported strong operating income and a boost in music streaming revenue for its upcoming fiscal third quarter. Warner Music said Monday it expects to report its fiscal Q3 2026 earnings on Aug. 5, a day earlier than its previously announced earnings date.
