The cat, Theodotou, and the front door.
An ex-lawyer is suing the Metropolitan police and the RSPCA when her cat died, after it was placed in the charity's care.
Theodotou had a 17-month old cat, Rita, who was born disabled, with severe issues with her back legs.
The ex-lawyer claimed that six police officers smashed through her front door and pushed her violently to the ground, when seizing the cat.
However, a judge has denied the ex-lawyer the request, ruling instead that a joint post mortem examination should take place with an RSPCA vet, along with an independent vet, selected by Theodotou.
