Eversheds Sutherland will raise NQ pay from £110k to £120k, while NQs in its other UK offices will be paid £80k (up from £72,500). Baker McKenzie also recently raised NQ salary from £145k to £150k, effective from 1 July. Its NQ salary now matches those in the Magic Circle, and also Macfarlanes, which also recently raised pay.
