Over 1,000 Dollard des Ormeaux residents have joined in the class-action lawsuit, according to the lawyer representing them. Dollard-des-Ormeaux Mayor Alex Bottausci says the filing of the class-action lawsuit “has changed the context in which the City can communicate publicly” regarding issues of flooding.
