Rep. Max Miller, R-Ohio, is asking the House Ethics Committee to initiate an investigation into himself following domestic abuse allegations from his ex-wife, Emily Moreno. Emily Moreno's attorneys said the inclusion of the photograph constitutes "child sexual abuse material," which could be a felony offense. In his post on X, Miller said he would be cooperative with the investigation he's asking the committee to launch. "We will be providing the committee all necessary documents needed for a detail examination. I am looking forward to my colleagues reading everything for themselves," Miller said.
