Former White House Communications Director Stephanie Grisham this week filed for a restraining order against Rep. Max Miller, R-Ohio, following a similar move by his ex-wife, Emily Moreno. Grisham previously detailed an allegedly abusive relationship with an unnamed man in 2021, which she later revealed to be Miller. Attorney Mark Zaid announced the restraining order on X, saying "Today we filed for a Temporary Restraining Order against Cong. Max Miller (R-OH) on behalf of former Trump Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham." Moreno has also filed a restraining order against Miller.
