MACC to haul 13 company owners to court tomorrow

According to a press invite sent by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, the 13 company owners will be charged in Kelantan, Kedah, Pahang and Perak.
PETALING JAYA : Thirteen company owners will be charged in four states tomorrow in connection with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s investigation into irregularities involving the government’s Daya Kerjaya 2.0 programme.
According to a press invite sent by the agency, five owners will be charged in the Kota Bharu sessions court in Kelantan tomorrow, while four will be brought to the Alor Setar sessions court in Kedah.
MACC will also charge two company owners at the Kuantan sessions court in Pahang and two more at the Ipoh sessions court in Perak.
The anti-graft agency said the charges were connected to its Op Daya 2.0 operation.
