Her efforts have helped shape one of the largest river restoration projects in United States history while advancing Tribal sovereignty and environmental stewardship. Joining Cordalis is Robert Kentta, Tribal Council member for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians and a respected cultural leader and historian. For decades, Kentta has worked to preserve and share the history, traditions and culture of Indigenous peoples on the Oregon Coast. The evening also includes silent and live auctions and raffle prizes, with proceeds supporting View the Future's conservation, education and cultural stewardship programs. Working alongside Oregon State Parks and Tribal partners, View the Future also helps promote educational opportunities that connect visitors with the natural and cultural significance of Amanda's Trail.
