The announcement was made during the main plenary session on the opening day of the seventh Egyptians Abroad Conference. During his address, Abdel Wahab reviewed the latest developments of the "Your Farm in Egypt" initiative. Abdel Wahab clarified that the initiative received 4,500 applications from Egyptians abroad to contract for land within just three days of launching application submission for the first phase. Abdel Wahab said: "We are currently studying the launch of an integrated electronic platform for the 'Your Farm in Egypt' initiative.
