Dylan Raiola surrendered his position as a starting quarterback earlier this offseason, leaving Nebraska and transferring to Oregon ahead of the 2026 college football season. Raiola, a two-year starter at Nebraska, will serve as a backup quarterback behind returning starter Dante Moore in Eugene. Raiola was recently asked about his transition from Nebraska to Oregon. Raiola is clearly one of the best backup quarterbacks in college football, giving the Ducks some elite depth at the position. “I feel that Dylan chose Oregon knowing in advance what does it look like at Oregon,” head coach Dan Lanning said last week.
