(NewsDakota.com) – It has been over eight months since 16-year-old Angel Mendez went missing, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is asking for the public’s help to locate him. Angel was 15 when he was last seen in Sentinel Butte, North Dakota, on Nov. 20, 2025. when he was last seen, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
