Two young drivers are facing serious charges after a provincial police officer saw two vehicles racing down a west end highway. This comes just after a vehicle was pulled over near the same area in the west end for stunt driving on Tuesday morning. A driver is facing a possible $2,000 fine among charges after a police officer pulled over a car on Highway 417. It was seen in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane near Terry Fox Drive in the west end. A vehicle was stopped after an officer clocked it going 162 km/h on Highway 417.
