New Castle, PA - Joseph B. Marcucci, 79, of Neshannock Township, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 2, 2026, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Marcucci was born March 6, 1947, in New Castle, a son of the late Angelo and Helen (Melchiorre) Marcucci. Joe was a member of the Holy Spirit Parish of New Castle, a member of Union Township Volunteer Fire Department and formerly a member of the Neshannock Township Volunteer Fire Department. His wife of over 55 years, Charlotte (Marshall) Marcucci, whom he married Feb. 20, 1971, survives at their home in Neshannock Township. Entombment will follow in Parkside Mausoleum, Shenango Township, where full military honors will be rendered by the New Castle Area Honor Guard.
