The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) wants to make sure all American Muslims get out to vote in November. AdvertisementOf those states, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Texas are Republican-dominated, at least outside of the major cities. But a serious push by the left, including by American Muslims, could tip a few urban and suburban districts. And here's the thing: If these folks are legally registered to vote, then CAIR has every right to encourage them to do so.
