Application can also show connections between Prince Edward County, Belleville Transit, and moreCounty Transit riders can now use Google Maps to plan their trips around Prince Edward County. “As County Transit continues to grow, we’re always looking for ways to make the service more convenient and user-friendly,” Mayor Steve Ferguson said in a news release. “The integration with Google Maps is a significant step forward, helping connect residents and visitors to the many destinations, services, and experiences that Prince Edward County has to offer.” Google Maps will then show transit options using County Transit and connecting services. Riders can also see how County Transit connects to Belleville Transit and Via Rail, allowing a single set of directions to take them from the county to destinations in Toronto, for example.
