Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar has asked unhappy Congress MLAs to remain calm and be patient after the recent cabinet expansion. He said the party values unity and expects all its leaders to work together instead of becoming disappointed over ministerial posts. He stressed that the Congress party’s unity is more important than any individual’s political ambitions. He advised Congress MLAs to stay united, continue serving the people, and avoid creating divisions within the party. His remarks came at a time when some Congress leaders expressed disappointment over not being included in the newly expanded Karnataka cabinet.
