USC alumni filmmakers will share scenes from their award-winning documentary, Saffron Robe, and insight into their decade-long journey bringing the film to life. Set in the remote mountains of northern Laos, Saffron Robe follows a revered Buddhist abbot working to preserve sacred traditions while providing education and hope to underserved youth in a post-war society. Join fellow Trojans for an evening celebrating alumni storytellers, meaningful conversation, and the enduring impact of documentary filmmaking.
