Sebastopol’s Golden State Cider has expanded into San Francisco, opening a new taproom at Chase Center’s Thrive City zone.
According to the Press Democrat, the venue features Sonoma County-made ciders, exclusive drafts, regional wines, and “Big Dub,” a collaborative cider with the Golden State Warriors.
Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating, a dog-friendly patio, live entertainment, and food from neighboring local spots.
The bold move comes as a contrast to recent Bay Area craft brewery closures and industry mergers.
Golden State Cider hopes the spot becomes a primary gathering hub for fans attending year-round events at the plaza.
