Two missing Carroll County adults have been identified as the victims of a fatal single-vehicle crash on Oak Grove Road, according to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP) and the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. What we know:State troopers are investigating a fatal traffic wreck in the area of Oak Grove Road and Hays Mill Road, according to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. GSP reported that a 2013 Nissan Altima was traveling west on Oak Grove Road when the driver, 42-year-old Emanuel Adams, failed to negotiate a curve and lost control. "Out of respect for the families and because this remains an active investigation, no additional information will be released at this time," the Carroll County Sheriff's Office said.
