by WAKA Action 8 NewsPIKE COUNTY, Ala. (WAKA) – The Pike County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man for stealing bridge end caps from county bridges. Pike County Sheriff Russell Thomas says 57-year-old Bobby Richard “Ricky” Faulkner, of Linwood, has been charged with first degree theft of property for stealing bridge end caps valued at $4,800. Investigators had also observed Faulkner tampering with bridge end caps at one of the bridges. The Sheriff’s Office received additional information that Faulkner was transporting the stolen bridge end caps on a trailer. Anyone with information related to the investigation is asked to contact the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.
