The Seniors Association Kingston Region has decided to expand to Wolfe Island beginning this fall.
Article contentAccording to a news release, the opening of the Seniors Centre Wolfe Island will bring a wide range of programs to residents for the first time.
The Seniors Association Kingston noted that for years, many Wolfe Island residents have travelled to Kingston to participate in their programs.
“We’re excited to finally be offering programs on Wolfe Island,” said Clare Williams, the program director with the Seniors Association Kingston Region in the news release.
We wanted to make it easier for island residents to participate without planning an entire day around catching the ferry.”
