Baker City Police on Monday, Aug. 3, arrested a man who had been wanted for more than a year for failing to appear for a court hearing in Union County. Police arrested Aubrey Scott Fryman, 39, of Baker City, about 9:20 p.m. at 1050 S. Bridge St. He was taken to the Baker County Jail. According to a press release from Baker City Police Chief Ty Duby, Fryman “had been eluding police for over a year.” On Jan. 9, 2025, Union County District Attorney Kelsie McDaniel filed a motion in circuit court seeking to revoke Fryman’s probation.
