Metallica has teamed up with Gears of War: E-Day. An instrumental version of "For Whom the Bell Tolls" will hit the game when it launches on Oct. 6. The studio version of "For Whom the Bell Tolls" plays over the newly released trailer, which gives players a peek at multiplayer modes. "For Whom the Bell Tolls" appeared on Ride the Lightning. The band will kick off a residency at the Las Vegas Sphere in October.
