EATONTON, Ga. — A 55-year-old Putnam County man was recently arrested by agents with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation stemming from a probe related to crimes against children, The Union-Recorder has learned. The suspect was identified as Jason Hicks of Denham Road, Eatonton, according to a GBI press release. Hicks was charged with eight counts of sexual exploitation of children. The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office and the GBI Cyber Crime Center assisted with the investigation, according to the press release.
