PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROJECT UNDERWAY ALONG ROUTE 135
[]
KMMO – Marshall, MO
The Missouri Department of Transportation has begun a project aimed at extending the life of a Cooper County roadway.
Crews will spend the next two weeks working along Route 135, completing multiple projects between Interstate 70’s Exit 98 and Route JJ, west of Clifton City.
Already work has begun on guardrails along the ramps at Exit 98, with the task expected to wrap up by Wednesday, Aug. 5.
The ramps will then close Aug. 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to seal-coat the surface.
Route 135 will also receive a seal coat the week of August 10th, reducing the roadway to one lane.
