Grant To Support Employment Services In Elkhart County

News ReleaseWARSAW – Cardinal Services has received a $10,000 grant from Crossroads United Way to support employment services for individuals in Elkhart County who face significant barriers to employment, according to a news release from Cardinal Services.
Through its Elkhart County employment program, Cardinal Services works alongside vocational rehabilitation, schools, case managers and other community partners to help individuals build skills, gain confidence and achieve greater independence through employment, according to the news release.
“We’re grateful to Crossroads United Way for investing in opportunities that help individuals overcome barriers and find meaningful employment,” said Marcie Arndt, executive director of Cardinal Services.
Cardinal Services provides an array of services to adults and young people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and to families with small children.
Crossroads United Way serves Elkhart, LaGrange and Noble counties.
