THE BAZAAR, a nationwide pop-up market and event business founded by Gen Z entrepreneurs, is helping micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) gain visibility by providing physical selling spaces in prime locations and supporting merchants through marketing and event promotion. Ms. Concepcion said the business aims to provide sellers with more than just a physical space by also helping them promote their products and businesses. The partnership began online after Mr. Salazar, who was based in Davao, approached Ms. Concepcion with the idea of starting a bazaar business. The Bazaar caters to various types of MSMEs, from food and beverage businesses to furniture retailers. Ms. Concepcion said the company plans to work with more merchants and establish pop-up markets in more prime locations.
