Developer Chanryle Jay Cagara, 27, said he created the platform to help Filipinos find more accurate market prices and identify cheaper meals amid volatile food costs. “I want my website to show the real market prices of chicken, pork and other goods so I can help Filipinos cook affordable meals,” he told BusinessWorld in a Zoom interview. The DA’s price monitoring covers markets such as Agora Public Market, Balintawak Cloverleaf Market, Mandaluyong Public Markets and Pasay City Public Market.
