Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs was asked by reporters about his current training camp hold-in during his team's practice on Monday. Per ESPN's Eric Woodyard, Gibbs said, "Only time will tell," regarding when he will return to the field. Gibbs is entering his fourth NFL season after the Lions selected him with the 12th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. When training camp practices began last week, head coach Dan Campbell told reporters that he wasn't concerned about Gibbs' absence. In the meantime, both are holding in while remaining present at training camp.
