Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak gave unique praise to his team regarding their professionalism on Monday. "We don't have any turds — we've got guys that want to be here, that want to win, that want to change this place. The Raiders are coming off a disappointing 3-14 finish in 2025, firing head coach Pete Carroll and replacing him with Kubiak. "Whatever decisions are made at the end, that's fantastic -- and I'm well for it," Mendoza said, per ESPN's Ryan McFadden. "I just want the team to win, so that's where I'm at."
