Dolphins President and CEO Tom Garfinkel Steps Down After 13 Years With Team

The Miami Dolphins are undergoing some more front office changes ahead of the 2026 season.
Executive Tom Garfinkel is stepping away from his roles president and CEO after 13 years, the Dolphins announced Tuesday.
Dolphins executive Daniel Sillman has been promoted to CEO of Ross Sports & Entertainment, a newly-created entity that will include the Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium.
Garfinkel will remain with the organization as vice president of the Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium as well as managing partner of the Miami Grand Prix.
Garfinkel was also credited with leading endeavors including the $550 million privately funded renovation of Hard Rock Stadium completed in 2016.
