Brevard, Cherokee and West Henderson will join Polk County for the scrimmage, which begins at 3:30 p.m. and will include two courts of varsity and junior varsity action. Polk County will take part in its final tuneup before Monday’s season opener against East Rutherford. Seniors Kynna McCall and Macy Rogers headline a large group of returnees from last year’s 20-11 squad. Cherokee comes off a 27-9 season and reached the state 2A quarterfinals before falling to eventual state champion Community School of Davidson.
