The committee granted both TENs and Pierluigi’s will be allowed to stay open an extra hour until 1.30am tomorrow (Saturday, August 1 into Sunday, August 2) and on Saturday August 8. Mr Dadds asked the environmental protection officer whether the resident within the property from which the noise nuisance was observed had complained.
