Heath Fountain, CEO of Colony Bank, and Rick Saunders, founder and CEO of First Reliance Bank, participated in the ceremony alongside banking leaders from across the country, according to a press release from Colony Bank. For Colony Bank, the appearance marked the second time in just over a year that the company has been represented during a New York Stock Exchange Closing Bell ceremony. Last July, the bank participated in the Closing Bell ceremony in celebration of its 50th anniversary and listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
