WILLIAMSBURG – Old Chickahominy House, a longtime Williamsburg restaurant and local landmark, sold July 29 for $717,500.
The house was moved from its previous location on the Chickahominy River in 1962, following a robbery.
The property was purchased by Matthew Black and Anna Krouse, former owners of Triangle, a restaurant on Scotland Street that operated from 2015 to 2019.
In March, Old Chickahominy House owner Dan Kennedy posted a message on social media for the restaurant’s former customers.
And we’ve had a wonderful wonderful time over the years,” Kennedy said.
