Arguably, one of the most significant ones being 100 years since Marilyn Monroe’s birth and in her honour, Genesis has teamed up with Maggie Gyllenhaal to create ‘Flesh Impact’ which will debut at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival this year.

It’s debut at the 2026 Venice Film Festival is also a special one as Burstyn will receive a Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement.
Well, the desire to “challenge convention” brought Marilyn and Genesis together in this instance, with the blessings of Authentic Brands Group who hold Monroe’s estate.
Genesis as an automaker has generally taken a lead role in supporting the arts with the brand appearing in Netflix’s ‘The Fox‘ earlier this year and now in ‘Flesh Impact.’
