Man in court over alleged assault on police officer, aiding suspect’s escapeA 33-year-old man, Tobi Oladele, was on Tuesday arraigned before Mapo Grade A Customary Court in Ibadan for allegedly assaulting a police officer and aiding the escape of suspect from custody. Oladele is facing a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, breach of the peace, assault and obstruction of justice. She also directed that both sureties must present evidence of three years’ tax payment to the Oyo State Government.
