The Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District has put 57 acres of prime property up for bid. Now the Tarrant County school district has opened bidding on the 57.48‑acre tract near Harwood Road and Meadow Park Drive. The district-owned land includes the Meadow Park Athletic Complex and the city-operated Bark Park. The 11-acre athletic complex contains baseball, softball and soccer fields, while the dog park occupies part of the same property. The 57-acre site sits at Harwood Road and Meadow Park Drive in Bedford.
