Published August 4, 2026Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...Vocally, Ruth White never made a lot of noise in life, but her actions spoke louder than words. We were in the same Sunday School class — the Volunteer Sunday School Class — and they were a busy group of women. She was also the mother to Bruce White, who, with his wife, Sarah, lives in Nashville. Ruth White was a special lady who reached out to others in a quiet and prayerful way. I, like many others, feel blessed to have known Ruth White and to have shared some good times with her and others.
