The Carter County Sheriff’s Office arrested Pablo Altamirano Rodriguez, 30, on Sunday after executing a search warrant at his residence on Cedar Grove Road. Rodriguez, a Mexican national who had been residing in Carter County, was charged with especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor. According to the sheriff’s office, the investigation began Friday after authorities received a cyber tip reporting an ongoing incident. He was transported to the Carter County Detention Center, where he remains held without bond pending a court appearance.
