A New York man allegedly used another woman’s identity and financial information to qualify for an apartment before leaving the housing development with more than $14,000 in unpaid rent.
Kevin Whitman, 28, of Farmington faces five criminal charges after investigators accused him of submitting fraudulent application documents containing another person’s income and financial information.
