UPDATED – 08/04/26 – Dover Police have arrested two suspects after a shooting in June on Topaz Circle in the Emerald Pointe community. Police were called just before 5am on June 13th and found that multiple shots were fired into an occupied residence. On Monday police obtained an arrest warrant for a 16 year old male from Dover – who was already in custody at Stevenson House on unrelated charges. ======================================================ORIGINAL STORY – 06/15/26 – Dover Police are investigating a shooting incident at a residence on Topaz Circle in the Emerald Pointe community that occurred on Saturday, June 13 just before 5am. Police found multiple rounds were fired at a residence that was occupied by a 66 year old male, 51 year old female and a 20 year old male.
