July 27Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) deputies assisted the Warm Springs Police Department with an assault that occurred at the Warm Springs Boat Ramp. JCSO deputies located Dondi L. Foster, 28, of Madras, and arrested him on a misdemeanor warrant out of Jefferson County. A deputy with the JCSO contacted Jasper Kalama, of Warm Springs, and subsequently arrested him for an active Jefferson County warrant. With assistance from U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement Officers, George was located and taken into custody for reckless driving, reckless endangering and interfering with a firefighter. August 1A JCSO deputy assisted the Redmond Police Department with interviewing a juvenile in CRR, which originated from an incident at the Deschutes County Fair.
