Tom Sandoval has made new allegations against ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson as their legal battle continues. Tom Sandoval made the allegations in a new restraining order declaration against Victoria Lee RobinsonAccording to TMZ, Sandoval claimed the incident happened in October while he was touring Florida with his band, Tom Sandoval And The MOST Extras. In the court filing, he alleged Robinson had consumed drugs and alcohol before venue security escorted her back to the tour bus. He alleged Robinson repeatedly kicked him in the groin while yelling insults, including, “You have a tiny f****** penis! Sandoval claimed his band manager and musical director eventually wanted to ban her from the tour.
