Price’s mother, Tina Price, 51, is also charged with first-degree criminal abuse as well as two counts of knowingly abuse/neglect of adult by a person and 15 counts of second-degree cruelty to animals. Police noted an “extreme level” of animal urine and feces throughout the upper level and further cockroach and flea infestation, along with soiled diapers and other trash. Tina Price is in Simpson County Detention Center under a $25,000 cash bond and was scheduled to appear Wednesday in Allen District Court for arraignment. A $500,000 cash bond was set for Williams in the murder case, according to online jail records.
