RAPID CITY, S.D. - After a successful summer, the Rapid City Sliders12U baseball team is gearing up to compete on a national stage. The Sliders have earned a spot in the Cal Ripken - Babe Ruth world Series taking place in Branson, Missouri. The sliders are excited about representing Rapid City and South Dakota at the national level. The Rapid City Sliders will play Kennewick, WA on Friday, Aug. 7 at 7 a.m. followed by a game against Florence, AL on Saturday at 6:30 a.m.
