Larry G. Simons, 78 of Craigville, passed away on Friday evening, July 31, 2026, at Stillwater Hospice Home in Fort Wayne. Larry was born on May 3, 1948, in Portland to Troy A. and Marjorie S. (Stultz) Simons. While in Florida, Larry worked for the Florida Department of Corrections, where he took care of the department’s artillery. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at the Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton with Pastor Steve Johnson and Larry Walker officiating. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Lemler family of Thoma/Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton.
