Dennis Oultram, of Salkeld Street, Northwich, was found to have made 761 category A images – the worst kind - as well as 549 category B, and 3,299 category C.The 73-year-old was also found with 39 prohibited images of children. In legal terms, making illegal images can mean downloading them from the internet or receiving them electronically from another person. At the time of his arrest, he was found with a total of 4,648 indecent or prohibited images in his possession. On Friday, July 31, at Chester Magistrates’ Court, Oultram admitted three counts of making indecent images of children, and two counts of possessing them. He was granted conditional bail and ordered to attend Chester Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, September 11.
