Nancy L. Coy, 79, Syracuse, died Monday, Aug. 3, 2026, at The Waters of Syracuse. She was born Jan. 16, 1947, in Goshen, the daughter of Robert and Treva Plank (Culp). On Dec. 23, 1966, she married Richard “Dick” Coy, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Robert (Melissa) Coy and Russell Coy; daughter-in-law, Dawn Coy; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Jan (Corky) Wagner; step-grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and extended family members and friends. Titus Funeral Home, Syracuse, is handling arrangements.
