Highlighting the schedule is a slate of 15 games against teams that qualified for the 2026 NCAA Tournament and 12 games against teams listed in ESPN’s Preseason Top 25. Mizzou doesn’t have to wait long to face its first NCAA Tournament team, squaring off with Saint Louis at Enterprise Center on Friday, November 9. Mizzou is coming off back-to-back NCAA Tournament bids and double-digit SEC-win campaigns for the first time since joining the conference in 2012.
